Part I Greeting and clothing. First we inform you about all important and interesting facts arround the history and production of the "Weißwurst". Then we put the ingredients together and you produce your own sausage. After this you pass a "Weißwurst" exam to get your own certificate. Part II Taste your own sausage with the original sausage mustard, stove-fresh Brezen and 1 "Weißbier". Manuel etiqeitte of the "Weißwurst" and pending over of the certificate.
